Fred Couples has put his Montecito home on the market for $12.5 million. According to an article in the LA Times, the home includes tennis court, pool and rose garden.
The 11,000-square-foot, two-story Monterey Colonial was built in 1939 and sits on 5 acres with sweeping ocean and mountain views. The main house has nine bedrooms and 7 1/2 bathrooms. There is also a 2,300-square-foot guesthouse with three bedrooms and two baths and a full kitchen.

And if you end up buying it, make sure you tell the Realtor you found it on the Fred Couples Homepage.

Can anyone tell us how many tournaments has Fred won with the belly putter and how many tournaments has he won with a regular length putter?
I think he is a better putter with a standard length putter, but maybe he uses the long one to help his back?

I noticed while Fred was plyying on the island a couple of weeks ago that it looked like he was not wearing formal golf shoes at least there did not seem to be spikes in them. Does Fred not wear spiked golf shoes or am I mistaken>>

With all the Tiger crap going on it is great to watch people like Fred play the game. The last round on the island was great right down to the last whole. We need to give the Champions Tour more credit for the great golf and entertainment it produces. Great afternoon Fred I was in your corner the whole way and still am.
