Fred Couples was unable to get anything going in the first round of the PGA Championship. A first round 76 puts Fred eight shots out of the lead currently held by Robert Karlsson, Jeev Milkha Singh and Andres Romero. Due to a rain delay, about a dozen golfer were unable to finish the first round.
