An outstanding round that could have been spectacular moved Fred even further up the leaderboard on Saturday at the Wachovia Championship.

Playing in his first tournament since the Masters, Fred Couples opened the Wachovia Championship with a even par 72. Fred Couples returns to action this week in the Wachovia Championship in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is Fred’s first tournament since the Masters. It’s Fred’s second time playing the Wachovia Championpship. His only other appearance was in 2003 where he finished in a tie for 34th place.
